Currently visiting a new city so di ko alam ang exact address so I just input the current address and added a note which floor of the hotel, name of the hotel, and the landmark Napagalitan tuloy ako ni Kuya turns out, the address that was on there is malayo pala sa current location ko. Next time daw, ayusin ko sa pag order. 😫🥺
Foodpanda charges higher than usual menu price. Please check with the actual restaurant before your order through this app. Pandamart tries to sell outdated products. If you ever raise any complaint, there will be no-one to help you except for some lunatic people on the chat. Poor commitment by the management.

Foodpanda gives probabky the worst customer service of any app I’ve experienced. The user interface makes it as difficult as possible to report issue. There is no way to contact help. Takes for ever to recieve help. They usually send food in multiple order delivery’s with one driver so it takes more than 1 and a half hours for delivery of about 6 km away. Absolutely terrible app.

Wth even is this new chat system? What happened to being able to send images from the chat. I’m not the one to usually go out to get my food and so letting them click the bell to drop off down the apartment would be very helpful, but with this update I can’t do that anymore. What was the point of removing it?

I placed an order at 2:22 PM and was told that the waiting time would be 40 and 45 minutes, so I waited. Foodpanda canceled the order at 3:05 PM. If the order cannot be accepted, it should be canceled in advance. After waiting for a long time, the customer's waiting time is wasted. Therefore, if this happens frequently, I will stop using the Foodpanda application.
I had an item worth Rs. 1500 missing from my Pandamart order. When I contacted support, I was told that they couldn’t process the refund because the system wouldn’t allow it. The agent said they escalated the issue, but the next day I checked and the request was automatically closed by the system, with no resolution. Isn’t this a clear case of consumer rights violation, or even borderline theft? How can a company charge for a product that was never delivered and then refuse to refund it?
the riders take 2/3 orders together and the food arrives after 1.5 hours . Thus the food is always cold. I hate you foodpanda

This app continuously sends promotional ads to my phone. They interrupt my day, my driving while on maps for directions and important business matters. There is no wwy to stop them unless i turn off notifications completely. Then, when i do order something, I do not receive important notifications about my order. I have no clue if the restaurant received the order, if it has been picked up by the driver or where the driver is with the order. This is nothing but greed! As if anyone needs a notification about when to order something to eat! How ignorant can a company be. They should be sued for this ridiculousness! I have contacted support and sent in feedback about this issue several times and nothing is being done to resolve it! The menus on iOS are incomplete! They do not dhow all the restaurants have to offer! This app is subpar and the support is nonexistent!

It is the worst decision and a terrible inconvenience to your customers to not allow order cancellation. It is understandable it may be difficult as people might abuse that feature but a time limit can be set which is beneficial for both- the customer and the vendor. If anything needs to be changed or added or cancelled it sends the customer into a constant back and forth between calling the restaurant and trying to navigate the app when customer service representative option isn’t available either. A good app but these issues make it the worst at times.

I didnt think I would write this about foodpanda..But in recent times,they have been giving worst service at regular intervals..Food portions missing complaints also go in vain..Earlier they used to analyse stuff and refund the right amount of money but now they just say they will verify the claim and end up not responding even if there is missing portion of food in ur order..Maybe foodi has a upper hand after all

I live in a high tourist area and the delivery availability is super inconsistent. Wants me to verify my phone number that I’ve had for almost 3 years and it won’t accept it so the app won’t accept my delivery requests now
They don’t care if you contact for missing items or other issues. Customer service providers are rude and keep on telling me to accept the wrong item instead of just taking the responsibility and solving the problem. It wasn’t like this a few years ago. Please do better.
Whenever I get a bad order or when my rider doesn’t do their job, I always try to seek assistance from the “help” services offered by the app. However, the only actually help you when you send a picture for proof. Otherwise, they just say unnecessary and unhelpful things and stop trying to fix your main issue. When you do send a picture, they try to help you unhelpfully. They don’t give a refund when your order is wrong if you pay through cash on delivery so for me who doesn’t use gcash, there is no point. They will never fix my problem, and their assistance is meaningless. Today, my rider didn’t start going to my house until i messaged him through the app and when he arrived the food was already cold and disgusting so I through it away. I asked the foodpanda help to aid me but when I contacted them and told them about my issue they asked for a picture. When I told them, I already threw it away, they said they couldn’t validate my claim and just asked me about any other problems I had. I’m trying to fix my main issue about my rider not “some other problem” All they did was give me automated responses and avoid the main subject.
Worst service ever the call centre doesn’t help immediately if you get you food wrong
Watch out! Total price often dramatically increases from what you are shown in your cart when you go to check out!!! App will spam you notifications multiple times EVERY DAY to get you to join their Pro club. Times shown for delivery often get pushed back 30 minutes after your payment has cleared. Do you like scams? If yes, this is the app for you!

I ordered a treat for myself which is three times more expensive than my usual meal. But the rider delivered it to wrong place that I don’t even know to go collect. When I report this problem, Foodpanda canceled it under “ restaurant took a long time to make the order”. There was no refund but just a small amount of coupon which is very few. I am so disappointed as a customer who has always been used Foodpanda. As a student, this amount of money can go a lot. Foodpanda only responds with we will try to make sure there will be no issues like this. But no accountability for current issue. And mind you this isn’t the first time I experienced this but the first time was not a big order so I let it slide. I am so disappointed that Foodpanda didn’t hold accountable and also blamed the restaurant for the situation.

I really love ordering food from Foodpanda and groceries too! I generally use it at least once every three or four days and find it easy and convenient. With good food, ready groceries and convenient discounts it really is a go to app.
This app said that it should take an hour to deliver but randomly canceled our order within thin air. With recommendations, pls fix this issue with all due respect!!

I had a bad experience with this app where i ordered some groceries and then some of those items were out of stock all of a sudden. Supposedly i was to get a refund for those items immediately I and never was. Upon contacting customer service multiple times they lied to my face and said i was refunded. and I just knew right then and there they were robbing me.
We ordered a food, and waited for over an hour. this delivery person apparently went to the wrong address, and cancelled the order after they cannot find our address in the wrong building. Contacted customer support and customer supported blamed us stating we provided the wrong address. The same address has been used for at 50 times. Support team do not acknowledge their fault nor willing to reattempt the delivery. Just blame on the false claim about address. Cancelling my subscription and never use it.
I ordered from a restaurant that cancelled the dish I wanted the most. When I cancelled the rest of the order in favor of another restaurant, I was told my order would not be refunded. There is no customer service chat or number to help me resolve my issue. I am now down $25 with no food and no path to recourse.
