Unbelievably poor service

Although the app seems handy, the service is terrible in HK. Food takes at least an hour, arrives cold, and the orders are frequently incorrect/missing items. Customer service is nonexistent. Use Deliveroo instead in Hong Kong if you want to save trouble.
