Easy and reliable...

Great App. Easy to use. Very practical to get Food.

really nice app, great for my late night cravings

Its a reliable app for foodies who want to order from restos in the area specific to the customers location. I just hope they add more restaurants to the list for more choices.

The App is easy to use. Logical flow. Text notifications come very fast. Customer support is great if food order verification is needed. Quick delivery too. Minor inputs: What are the stars rating for? Price level like website? Or food quality? There are two icons under restaurant name. What the icons for?

In short, you will not get your food. You will wait, but nothing arrives. When you contact them they will tell you a canned response about there being a technical glitch, but you know its a lie to cover up their incompetence. When you get text messages, emails, and the app all showing your order being accepted, processed, and being delivered, yet a mysterious glitch is the cause? Then they just say sorry we cannot deliver your order. Avoid unless you like your time being wasted and ending up hungry.

Good app, but not all restaurants there and one thing is missing images of meals... Would be better with them

This is a nice and convenient way to order food, however the restaurant database is not as large as I would expect. Would be nice if menu items came with a brief description. Right now, you only get a picture of the food item.

The home page of restaurant says 20 rs delivery charge however the charges vary with everyorder. No explanation of how the charges are being calculated is available anywhere in app or website. And it has been convieniently added in the terms and conditions that you will be told what the charge is at the time of checkout, in other words YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

An app that feeds... No complaints :)

Fast and easy

I have ordered food on the app way many times and most times the food is not delivered on time and I was not informed immediately when the restaurant would not take my order on multiple occasions. Can improve communication and notifications when there is a delay or a cancellation immediately so that we can make other arrangements.

Love this app for the wide range of choices in Taipei. Wouldve starved if didnt have this. I do wish that since I have the English version that all not some of the menus are available in English. Hard to order from restaurants Id like to try when menus are in Chinese. Also if they can add the ability to order from multiple restaurants at the same time would be great, I wouldnt mind paying additional service fees. If possible, open later than 9:30 so I dont have to always eat mickeyDs after that time. Otherwise keep up the good work.

Large amount of choices in Dhaka needs a bit more work but overall its good.

Legit! - sometimes its hard to get the order to go through... But its a very nice app :) Love it! Never had an issue with the delivery. Tks.

The main reason I choose Foodpanda over other delivery services is because of this app and how user friendly the interface is.

As if FoodPanda could get easier, they made a mobile app thats super simple and easy to click through.

Its so convenient! They have a great choice of restaurants and the service is really friendly and efficient. They deliver on time and always have great discounts. I recommend it to anyone in Taiwan!
