When you contact them they will tell you a canned response about there being a technical glitch, but you know its a lie to cover up their incompetence. When you get text messages, emails, and the app all showing your order being accepted, processed, and being delivered, yet a mysterious glitch is the cause? Then they just say sorry we cannot deliver your order. Avoid unless you like your time being wasted and ending up hungry.
