Great to have this service. I hate Bangkok traffic and can always find something good here.

I have enjoyed the app, they deliver quickly and efficiently. Maybe the prices are a bit too steep but other than that they are working hard to satisfy.

Ive used panda app so many time as Im a person who doesnt like to cook! Its very convenient. Once, the delivery was 1.30 hour late they called me and offered a complimentary to me to pay half price!

Worst customer service ever.

In Asia apps like this are great because some times the food here can be like a hit and run car crash. I used this app more than ones and its very good. The problem is the restaurants are limited and not the best quality in general. In any way food panda is the best way to go at night in your room. Dr SD.

The only app we use for delivery in Bangkok! Extremely easy to use, very intuitive - great one touch payment system and some great offers as well. Been using the app for approx a year and a half now and no complaint so far.

App frequently displays error and wont even start up. Restaurants frequently make mistakes with my order even though I provide instructions and talk to the food panda rep. Not worth the hassle, will uninstall today.

Love that it offers some English menus! Easy-to-use site to order delicious food; however they need to change to a map or street address system because roads are very long and you could be 1 block away from getting a lot more options of restaurants just because of the road name, not the distance from the restaurant. Its very annoying!

Fail to deliver hot food as well as deliver wrong order. Today they changed order from backend and delivered as per their wish. Also send me water instead of soft drink ...... :(

The last four times Ive called food panda (3 months), Ive been called back immediately to inform me that "our system is down, and you need to call the restaurant yourself." Its not worth the hassle. Im deleting the app, and Ill be sure to let everyone I know that their business should be taken elsewhere. Also, restaurants often disappear, never to be seen again.

The app is very easy to use and order but good takes forever to get to your house.

Foodpanda makes our life easier. Specially in a city where traffic jams are big headache and takes too much time to go to your favourite restaurant . Just order the meal on your way to home from work and the meal will be ready when you reach your home! This app is very good, useful and convenient. It informs us about the latest deals and offers. Just keep us up to date ! Good work !

The restaurants declined the orders 3 times out of 5 . Quite frustrating especially when u finished all the steps and sent back the verify code etc. commented the situation to the food panda staff, but their reply is worse saying its not my department cuz they are service side to notify clients only, not them to deal with the restaurants directly.

Alright but dont order in the last few minutes because it takes minutes to process the offers.
