Great service! I would like to suggest if you can include food pics so that newbies can try new food

Problems On first order - First post code comes in pre-populated and it does not allow for it to be changed. Credit card page once you select the "save details for future option" theres no way to scroll to the pay button.

It doesnt work without WiFi. Everytime I using my network Data, it says sorry something went wrong and it sends me back to the "select your country section" and when I select it, doesnt work. Same issue again and again.

Have been using the app for a while and found to be very useful.

Makes everything simpler!:)

Definitely , nice working app. Not too many glitches. Good interfacing and ofcourse , food is brought to you with the touch of a screen plus the time elapsed since order to delivery at your door step is great !

Aesthetically pleasing. Quick and easy to navigate, up until the infuriating address part. It takes away the ability to customize your address and immediately tries to locate and pinpoint where you are, which can be a good thing for more well-known places, but not really. I hope the ability to edit the address that the app automatically keys in for the user will be added in the future.

Convenient and the service is ok

Just ordered food panda for the first time ever. It has bad reviews but well see how that goes. Hoping my food actually gets here in 48 minutes!

This app/website/service has an equivalent in virtually every developed country. I have never seen this service so poorly executed. Delivery times are almost always off - often by as much as 3 hours. Food panda will consistently be wrong about menu items. They both leave off much of restaurants menus but they will also list many items that are not available. Further more they will list many restaurants as closed that are open. If you leave notifications on in the app you will constantly get notifications suggesting items from nearby restaurants for lunch or dinner - but they have never been food. They always suggest items from the drinks menu: water, sprite, etc… Their customer service is usually fairly prompt to answer the phone with a person but they are rarely competent or helpful. Yes, it offers a service that allows you to forgo calling a restaurant yourself but more often than not you will end up spending more time talking to a food panda customer service rep than you would the restaurant.

If anything goes wrong, dont expect their customer service to help with the problem (or even understand what the problem is). I sent them an email through the app and never received a response. When I referred to the email in a chat with customer service, they said I emailed the wrong country service and they never received it. Didnt matter either way because they were unable & unwilling to help with the issue anyway.

So useful. Use it daily. I eat with it.

Signed in and made my first order in Tbilisi. Ill change my review if it doesnt work out, but Im impressed so far!

I just ordered some burgers from my neighborhood area which distance about 1 km from my home, nearly upto 20 minutes if walk and 6 minutes in ride... But they just cancelled my order and after c8 I got this msg 4m them "Due to the rush of the Online Food Festival, we do not have the capacity to go beyond the delivery areas"

I placed the wrong order (my fault) but I emailed them right away to tell them that Im going to change my order. Someone replied And said , the order was already pr prepared . There is noway that a pizza can be ready in less than 2minutes????knowing that the store makes fresh pizza. Seriously.?
