Totally unreliable like many things in Malaysia: after the order they call you to announce a delay in the delivery. And they dont speak a decent english.

Foodpanda is a great app. Easy to use, simple interface and most import at done for hungry people ! New tracking feature is super cool . Havent seen something like this on other apps . They keep on improving it by adding amazing features !!! Nice nice

Very useful! I love it

Although the app seems handy, the service is terrible in HK. Food takes at least an hour, arrives cold, and the orders are frequently incorrect/missing items. Customer service is nonexistent. Use Deliveroo instead in Hong Kong if you want to save trouble.
